01Prepare the embers
Light the charcoal and wait until the heat is even and stable.
Authentic Italian tradition
A distinctive Italian speciality created for convivial dining, fast service and memorable restaurant experiences.
Our tradition
Arrosticini were born in Abruzzo from a genuine pastoral tradition. Small pieces of sheep meat are threaded by hand onto thin wooden skewers and grilled over glowing embers.
Their identity is simple and unmistakable: authentic flavour, direct cooking and a dish designed to bring people together around the table.

The product
A recognisable product with a strong Italian identity, suitable for restaurants looking for something authentic, easy to manage and different from standard grilled items.
How to cook
No marinade and no spices. The authentic method is intentionally simple and fast.
01Light the charcoal and wait until the heat is even and stable.
02Lay the meat over the heat while keeping the wooden ends outside the hottest area.
03Cook for about 6–8 minutes, turning often for uniform browning.
04Season only with salt and serve immediately while hot.
How to serve
Traditionally served hot and piled together, with toasted rustic bread. Extra virgin olive oil is poured over the bread, never over the arrosticini.

Served in bundles
Wrapped at the base in foil and brought to the table as a generous bundle, arrosticini become more than a dish: they become a shared experience.
Why add them to your menu?
A regional Italian speciality with a precise origin and a story that is easy to communicate.
Ready in a few minutes and suitable for busy service periods.
The bundle presentation creates curiosity and encourages sharing.
A memorable alternative to familiar grilled meat selections.
